.. to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.
I launched this video on my 40th birthday, on 23rd March 2021. I had originally planned a big party, or perhaps a relaxing spa break in Fiji.. but thanks to covid I was able to plan something MUCH more interesting :-)
On 13th June I'll be setting off with 11 other brave / reckless / slightly insane individuals in an attempt to row around the coast of Great Britain in the 12 person 'Roxy' rowing boat.
