A belated Happy New Year! Crikey, we're more than half way through January.. how are those New Year's resolutions coming along?


If it's tougher than you though, maybe lack of sleep is hampering your self control. You're much less likely to be able to stick to your goals, and more likely to give in to your cravings, if your brain is in sleep-deprived survival mode.


For better quality sleep, it might just be worth experimenting with a digital detox, as I explain in this video...
